WHO's on First? Pandemic's on Second
Last week, some guy from the World Health Organization said: "I believe we are closer now to a pandemic than at any time in recent years. ... No country will be spared once it becomes a pandemic." If he's right, that would put this disaster in Mr. Bush's second term.
